Hardware Inventory

Use detailed hardware information, including hardware changes and device usage time, to make informed and accurate upgrade decisions.

Tracking Changes

AdRem Inventory keeps record of all changes made to particular device inventory, so you can easily identify devices with any changes and also review history of all changes of the device.

Monitoring Disks Space

Program delivers detailed statistics about disk space. The information includes number of files and total space occupied by specific group of files (i.e documents, media files, binary files).

Monitoring detailed disk space usage is available only to inventory agents due of data amount that must be processed. In remote (agentless) mode only summary is available.

Comparing Configuration

You can compare configuration of two devices or compare configuration of one device to its past state (read also about time machine mode).

Hardware-related information collected by AdRem Inventory:

  • Processor type and frequency, current clock speed, external clock, multiplier, description, manufacturer, CPU status, socket designation, etc.
  • Motherboard name and manufacturer, chassis name and manufacturer, BIOS information, system and memory slots, ports, etc.
  • Memory size and memory modules.
  • Monitor EDID information and video adapter details.
  • Name, size, type of all hard disk drives, CD, floppy and removable drives, details about all logical disks.
  • Sound device, video and audio codecs.
  • Network adapter name, IP and MAC addresses, DHCP, DNS and WINS settings, etc.
  • Printers, names, types and settings.
  • Modem names and types.
  • All system devices list.
